“Two days after you repaired the ridges and re-stretched the carpet, I had a couple of viewings from potential buyers of my condo. I was questioned … “is this carpet new?” That’s how good a job you did!”

“Had carpet burns from the hookah that were so bad I was certain the carpet would have to be replaced. I called the carpet repair man and spoke with Kal. He was very knowledgable and assured me that he had much experience with fixing burns (mine was pretty bad!). Booked an appointment … And he said he would be here between 10-11am. This guy showed up at 9:55am … And assessed the damage right away and let us know the price (which was more than fair considering the extent of the damage). He repaired it to the point that I could barely notice where the damage was to begin with. Very very pleased with the service … I recommend him for any carpet issues (not just for burn damage).”

“First off, let me begin by saying that Kal is a specialist.He’s not your everyday carpet cleaner. Called Kal last minute after we were strapped for time moving into a new apartment and he managed to get rid of the toughest stains on a white carpet that I’ve ever seen. He’s such a warm and friendly person and a hard worker. I couldn’t recommend him enough.

“I don’t usually never give a 5 out of 5  but I honestly couldn’t find anything wrong with this companies work. I forgot the Techs name but he showed up exactly at the time he said he would and he left the job site in pristine condition. He did a carpet repair at one of my rental properties and where most contractors I had come through had the ‘It’s only a rental” attitude, the Tech treated the house like it was his own.
Nice to see there are still contractors that take pride in their work.”
